One release, every language version

An international release is usually distributed in several languages at once, each with its own headline. Most monitoring searches only for the English one. Clipping Report reads the release's language versions from the newswire, searches for each of them, and keeps every version and every pick-up in one report, so a German trade site and a Japanese business portal count just as much as a US news site.

How it works

  1. Send the release and where it was distributed (a newswire link, a circuit or a list of countries).
  2. Human and AI search. Our team searches the open web the way readers do; the AI Searcher checks newswire archives, several search engines and each market's outlets for language versions and syndicated copies.
  3. Proof for every clipping. Each pick-up is saved with its link, outlet, country, language and a full screenshot.
  4. One report. A password-protected interactive report with a world coverage map, breakdowns by country, region, language and media type, plus PDF, Word and Excel. It updates as coverage grows.

And what AI tells people

Coverage only matters if it reaches people, and more people now ask AI assistants. Every report can include an AI visibility check: whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention the company after the release, whether they name it first, and whether they cite your coverage.

Regional focus where you need it

Some markets need extra care: the Gulf, for example, mixes English and Arabic media and syndicated newswire feeds. See media monitoring in the UAE and GCC.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover the United States and Europe?

Yes. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the major European markets are among the largest parts of our outlet database, alongside Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

How many languages can one report cover?

As many as the release was published in. Reports regularly cover a dozen languages, such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic, and the AI Searcher finds each language version of the release.

Where is Clipping Report based?

Our team is in Dubai Media City, United Arab Emirates, and we monitor and report on coverage worldwide for clients in any country.

What does "online coverage" include?

News sites, business and trade publications, TV and radio station websites, news agencies and newswire pick-ups: any publicly viewable page that carried the release. Print, broadcast and paywalled content are not included.
