Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Clipping Report ("we", "us"), including our website onlineclippingreport.com, the coverage reports we prepare and our customer dashboard. By using the service you agree to them. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
1. The service
Clipping Report searches public online sources for coverage of press releases and announcements, captures screenshots of that coverage, checks how AI assistants describe the subject, and presents the results as online reports and downloadable files. We describe the scope of each order (for example which release and which markets) when it is agreed.
2. What reports are, and are not
- Reports cover publicly viewable online media. They do not cover print, broadcast, paywalled content or private channels unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We work hard to find all coverage, but we cannot guarantee that every pick-up is found.
- Reach, impression and media value figures are estimates, and AI visibility results reflect the answers AI assistants gave at the time of each check, which can vary.
- Screenshots and links show third-party content as it appeared when captured. That content belongs to its publishers.
3. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are entitled to share the press releases and information you send us.
- You keep report passwords and dashboard logins confidential, and share reports only with people who should see them.
- You do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or access data that is not yours.
4. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with you before work starts. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days.
5. Intellectual property
The Clipping Report software, design and brand belong to us. Reports prepared for you may be used and shared by you and your clients for their intended purpose. Third-party articles shown in reports remain the property of their publishers.
6. Availability
We aim to keep reports and the dashboard available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Online report links expire after the period stated on the report (60 days by default); ask us if you need longer.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the report or service concerned.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
